APPLYING OUR VINYL LABELS
Step 1: Clean the area thoroughly with a rubbing alcohol pad. The surface must be completely clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, and oil.
Step 2: Ensure your hands are clean and dry before attempting to handle the vinyl
Step 3: Lay Vinyl Label on a flat surface backing facing up and label facing down
Step 4: Remove backing from vinyl, exposing the adhesive (sticky side), and transfer paper. Do this step very slowly and carefully. To ensure no tearing and shifting. If at any point the vinyl is sticking to the backing paper, push the paper down again ad with your finger rub the vinyl a few times and try pulling the backing off again.
Step 5. Once the backing is removed shift and arrange the vinyl with the transfer tape on the desired surface making sure it’s straight and in the exact position you want it.
Slightly bend the vinyl and push the centre of the venial down first and work your way out to avoid any bubbles. Press down firmly with the vinyl card to remove any air bubble and ensure the vinyl is stuck to the surface.
Step 6: Starting in one corner peel away the transfer tape pulling it back slowly and gently. Do not pull up! If not all of the vinyl has stuck on the surface and starts to lift lay the transfer tape back down and press firmly down on the area using the card so all vinyl pieces are in place and attached.
